The Word of polish origin "szamorodni"- being used since 1828 - refers to the method of preparing. The whole and desiccated berries of grape are processed together. Szamorodni is the doblest dry wine of the Tokaj wine-growing area. It obtains its individual boquet from a special processing method in cellars - mellowing under a yeast film in one piece. Serve at 10-12°C as aperitif.
